Please be aware we need 48hrs to check and prepare medications for collection. Your pet may be due for a health check before we can prescribe, we will contact you if that is necessary (Defra and RCVS Rules and Regulations).
If you do not have enough medications left to last 48hrs please call reception on 0151 203 2000.
Your pet requires a 6 month health check for on-going repeat medications and 12 months for flea products. In some cases, a three month health check is necessary for controlled drugs. This is for your animal’s health and welfare.
